Dealer Booths

Yasumicon is a free event with increasing attendance each year and we are supported
by the many dealers who attend each year. If you are interested in rental of booths please contact us for availability as well as complete our contract.

For additional advertisement, Dealers are encouraged to place an ad in our
convention guide as well as to sponsor an event by donating prizes for our winners
(parties who sponsor prizes will be given recognition during the event that they sponsor).

Artist Alley

Yasumicon is hosting a section for artists to showcase their artwork as well as sell their merchanise during our convention. This area is located in the Dealers Room and allows our congoers an opportunity to check out some of our local artists. If you are interested in getting an Artist Alley booth, contact us for availability and complete and send in a signed contract.

• Table Information

Yasumicon will be offering 8x30 tables for you to sell artwork for the weekend. These tables will be offered bare, nude, au natural. If you need tablecloth for your table, please bring them with you.

Half Tables are $40 USD
Whole Tables are $60 USD

If there is a change about the tables as far as decor, artists that have purchased tables will be notified.

Advertisement

YasumiCon will be distributing a convention guide to all attending members. Advertising space is available for anyone interested.

The guide will be 5.5"x 8.5 " in size, and will be color.

Half Page (5" x 4")     $50.00
Full Page (5" x 8")    $125.00

Ads made in Photoshop, Publisher and Word will be accepted. Please have all ads ready to print and remember to include all fonts and images with your submission.

Web Ads

Looking to advertise on our website? No problem! If you have an event or a convention all we ask is that you make a trade. Send us your banners and we'll send you ours. And don't worry about the size issue, we'll make it fit, and it won't look retarded either. Our business is your business. We rotate our ads, to give everyone an equal amount of exposure. If you're looking for something more stagnant, we can arrange a sponsored page. For example, our commerce page with a redesign that reflects you and your business for a limited time.
